Jessica's Baby Blanket

I made this for a student at school who graduated in the fall. I was talking to her about how a lot of babies in my family get knitted or crocheted baby blankets and she thought it was the neatest thing ever. She had never seen anyone knit before. I decided to make this and worked on it over vacation. I broke my wrist on about the 7th panel, and I planned for the blanket to have 9. I decided to just go ahead and finish up with 7 - I didn't want to still be knitting when the baby was starting to walk :P.

Baby Bee yarn - Sweet Delight Wrap, sea green and white.
32 inches x 28 inches, newborn size
seed stitch, knits and purls

I was really excited with how it turned out. When I was younger I had a problem with finishing projects. Maturity has its benefits I guess :).
